UK ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN ONE WORKING DAY UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, VIA ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS RECORDED, AND WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON RECEIPT.

THE STANDARD COST OF SHIPPING SINGLE ORDERS IS £3.50 AND AN ADDITIONAL £1.50 PER ITEM FOR EACH ORDER. DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE SHIPMENT AND THE TIME OF YEAR, HOWEVER, ROYAL MAIL ENDEAVOUR TO DELIVER GOODS WITHIN A COUPLE OF WORKING DAYS VIA 2ND CLASS RECORDED.

European orders are shipped using Airmail Small Package at a cost of £4.50. Items will be shipped within on working day upon receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year but are usually delivered between 5 and 7 working days. It is more cost effective to ship Airmail using bubble wrap without the manufacturers box, however, we will confirm shipping details prior to release.

Orders received outside of the EU are shipped using Airmail Small Package at a cost of £6.50. Items will be shipped within one working upon receipt of payment, and are usually delivered between 5 and 7 working days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to receive and process orders to the US and any US Territory.

RETURNS POLICY

Goods purchased online can only be returned using the procedure outlined below. Online purchases can NOT be returned to store.

You have seven working days, commencing from the day after receipt, to inform us of your intention to cancel the contract with us (i.e., that you are returning the goods that you ordered from PSW). A working day means Monday to Friday, and not including bank or public holidays. You are entitled to receive a full refund of the price paid if you cancel the contract in accordance with this process.

ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK AND EUROPE

Goods purchased via our online store, which are returned to the UK may incur duty charges unless Customs and Excise are informed / made aware that the parcel is not an import into the UK but a return. If any costs are incurred via Customs and Excise then this will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure that you follow our returns procedure for returning goods and do not return any goods without your returns number.

KEY POINTS ON RETURNS:

  • It is essential that you return them within 7 days of delivery or attempted delivery by the carrier.
  • It is highly recommended that you acquire insurance for your return, as we cannot provide refunds for goods that are not returned successfully.
  • It is essential that you return all goods, including any gift, unworn, unmarked and in their original packaging, complete with all labels.
  • With the exception of defective goods, goods will not be accepted if they have clear signs of wear, including any marks or stains.
  • With the exception of defective goods, we will not refund any goods which we cannot resell and you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods back to you.
  • We do not charge a re-stocking fee, however, goods returned late, are subject to the following handling fees:
  • Goods returned between 10 and 14 days from delivery (or attempted) are subject to a 15% handling fee.
  • Goods returned between 15 and 28 days from delivery (or attempted) are subject to a 30% handling fee.
  • Goods returned after 28 days will not be refunded, with the exception of defective goods, and you will be responsible for collection or the costs of returning them
